Obtaining Trust Information

How do I obtain information on a Trust?

In order to obtain any information on a trust, you should apply - in writing - to the Master's Office where the trust has been registered.

You have to provide reasons for wanting this information, because the Master will request the input of the trustees before providing you with the information or not.

If the Master refuses to provide you with this information, you will have to apply to the Information's Officer of the Department of Justice.
